Refund policy

At Little Latch, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company a few business days to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
